Great apartment in a great location Positive: A lovely apartment in a great location. Close to buses and the tube. The apartment is light and has fantastic views over central London. Maria responded quickly to any queries, which was great when we couldn't figure out the radiators. We were toasty warm very quickly. The beds are comfortable and the apartment was very clean too. We would definitely stay again if we were to come back to London.

Fabulous Views in Spacious Apartment Positive: Spacious. Comfortable beds. Great views. Private. Close proximity to Sainsburys Supermarket. Negative: Being on the tenth floor the tap water was always warm. Ice blocks were provided but it was not ideal. The Kitchen did not have serrated knives for cutting up fruit and tomatoes and the dinnerware should be thrown out. Cracked glaze on plates and Mugs is unsanitary and looks awful. The lampshades in the bedroom dislodge from their wire frame.
